E-GEN/MAP 5.1.1 is available immediately. With version 5.1.1 you can be installed, implemented, and totally documented within two or three (2 or 3) days…and not with a “canned demo” but using your production JCL, PROCS, COBOL, DATABASE, SCHEDULING PACKAGE, etc…You can now also document your scheduling workflow with absolutely no “special commands or programming” on your part. E-GEN/MAP features a graphing utility
for JCL, COBOL, scheduling products and more. E-GEN/MAP provides IT
professionals with a comprehensive yet compact graphic view of their IS
components. E-GEN Suite version 5.1.1 not only includes New & Enhanced Collectors (SMF, OPC OI, PSB/DBD, PL/I, CA-7, Adabas/Natural) but also some new features: Automatic graph mode selection, Broadcasting facility, Enhanced collect process (reduces collect duration time), Enhanced incremental collect, User Group for Enhanced security administration and Query improvements. The E-GEN Suite of
products is a full-featured OS/390, Z/OS and/or UNIX, LINUX, AIX based Operations repository.
It requires PC clients running MS/Windows 95,98, NT or later with
Pentium processor, 32MB RAM and double-speed CD-ROM drive.
